Need Funds? Us too. Several websites and reports have been devoted to Government Grants and Loans as well as a variety of federal and state level financial financing programs. Awards readily available programs don’t have to be paid back. Appears wonderful theoretically, but, for me, that also raises several more questions – If it’s so simple why do thousands of dollars go unclaimed in this kind of assistance each year?
